Operates a wellness ranch that combines skilled mental health counselling techniques and the process of Equine Facilitated Wellness (EFW).
- Equine Facilitated Wellness is a process where a qualified mental health counselor and a horse, or horses, work together with a client to bring about a change in the client's personal wellness.

From Saskatoon: Travel South of Saskatoon (45 minutes) on Highway #11. When you reach the intersection of Highway #11 and Highway #15 turn right (West). Travel West on Highway #15 through the town of Kenaston until you pass the gas station. Cross over the railway tracks, then turn South on McWilldale Road (Grid road 660). Travel 1 mile South to Hold My Horses Wellness Ranch. The Ranch is on the East (left) side of the road.

Fees:
Individual: $60 per hour (may be covered under an Extended Health Care benefit you may have through your employment health insurance plan); (in some cases, the cost of EFW counseling may be covered by the Saskatchewan Government Child & Family Services Program or a similar supplemental program). <br />Couple/Relationship: $80 per hour. Family: $80 per hour. Group/Team Building Sessions: prices vary upon details.
