Child Care

A licensed child care home that provides care and supervision for up to 12 children between the ages of six weeks and 13 years. Operated in the provider’s private residence. Child Care Subsidy accepted.

Programs and Activities

• Plan a suitable routine for each child, bearing in mind age, their own home routine and intellectual, social, physical, creative, and emotional needs. 
• Promote independence by allowing free choices and play.
• Adapt by providing different play stations/activities for all ages.
• Provide numerous activities for children to learn about colours, shapes, numbers, and letters. 
• Provide a wide range of indoor/outdoor, of structured and free play. 
• Provide a range of books showing cultural diversification. 

Nutrition

• Supply well balanced meals and snacks to meet the Canadian Food Guide standards which  includes breakfast, lunch, supper, and snacks. 
• Menus are posted for all to see and discuss any specific diets a child may need. 
• Believe good healthy nutrition is key to the growth and development of all children.
