Organization Description

Provides resources, as well as the personal and professional support, to help transition youth under the age of 21 into healthy adults and contributing members of the community.

Provides long-term housing and emergency shelter services to youth 16-18 years of age, as well as a variety of mentorship and community outreach services to anyone 12 to 24 years old. 

Services include emergency services, community support, day and night programming, employment services, social ventures, work experience, personal and professional support, mentorship, outreach, and reintegration services to the community’s youth.
