Sherbrooke Community Centre

A Christian based organization that provides housing and support services for residents of varying ages and abilities, with a Village Model concept, where nine – ten residents live together in houses that are attached to one another by an internal street. Provides resident directed care, where residents direct their own lives and staff support them in their choices. Daily living assistants are assigned to each house to provide the care and services needed. Registered Nurses are available in a model that resembles home care without the need to travel.
