Organization Description
An independent office of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan that advocates for the rights, interests and well-being of children and youth in Saskatchewan. Offers:
- Advocacy – On behalf of children and youth receiving services from a provincial ministry, agency or the government, or publicly-funded health entity
- Investigations – Investigates matters concerning children and youth receiving services from a provincial ministry, agency or the government, or publicly-funded health entity
- Public Education – Helps raise awareness of the rights, interests and well-being of children and youth
- Research and Advise – On matters relating to the rights, interests and well-being of children and youth.
