An organization that reunites runaway youth with their families across the country. Youth must be between the ages of 16 to 25 and looking to return home to their parents and/or guardians to regain long term support and stability. Provides assistance to youth once they have been reunited with their families by connecting them to appropriate services in their area.

Operation Come Home is an employment, education and support centre for homeless and at-risk youth based out of Ottawa, Ontario.
