Organization Description
Develops relationships with trade schools, Aboriginal employers, and organizations. Assists skilled workers to obtain employment and develop capacity to bid on work projects and train further workers. Creates a forum for discussing and resolving labor issues unique to Aboriginal circumstances. Provides access to benefits and participates in research projects.
