The Saskatchewan Health Authority and the University of Saskatchewan are inviting parents and caregivers of children aged 0-5 to participate in a survey. Your input is requested regarding the types of health information and resources parents of young children want, and how they want to access it. The survey will take about 10 minutes to complete and is open until February 19th, 2021. Click here to access the survey.
