Nutrition
- Teaching and providing the children with appropriate nutrition is important because it fosters a healthy development from a young age.
- Teach the children about why each food group is healthy, why we need to try new foods, and how listening to our body while we are eating, gives us appropriate nutritional development.
- Provide morning snack, lunch, and afternoon snack.
