Service Description
Provides counselling for individuals, couples, families, and youth for wide range of difficulties and concerns such as:
- Adjustment difficulties
- Relationship difficulties
- Marriage enrichment
- Separation and divorce
- Situational crises
- Various types of stress
- Bothersome moods
- Depression
- Anxiety
- Anger related difficulties
- Self-esteem
- Experience of various trauma (both current and in the past)
- Family issues
- Children behaviour problems
- Grief and loss
- Probation requirement
- Maintaining quality of life.

Fees
Regular 50 minute session start at $140.
Part/all of fee may be covered by: Extended Health Care plans, Employee Assistance Programs, sliding fee scale, designated First Nation health providers, Veteran's Affairs, community agencies.
