Provides career and employment development options for persons with disabilities and supports them with working in employment settings.
Eligibility
Adults with an intellectual disability and must have a Community Living Service Delivery (CLSD) case worker.
Application Process
Applications available through CLSD or the agency.
Documents Required
DPSA completed by CLSD Worker.
