Landlord Complaint Process

Service Description
Landlord complaints can be submitted to alert the association of a possible contravention of their bylaws, policies or code of ethics. Complaints will be investigated by the association’s discipline committee and disciplinary action will only be taken after an investigation has been conducted and the member has been given the opportunity to be heard and/or correct any contravention.
