Organization Description
A child and family development centre working cooperatively with low-income families to provide programs which foster healthy development of children from prenatal to five years of age. Programs include the Preschool Program, KidsFirst Program, Parents as Teachers Program, Early Years Family Resource Centres, and Family Outreach Program.
