Service Description
Provides food preparation, baking, catering, and all general topics associated with this industry are covered. Clients in this program operate the kitchen as part of their training. All the participants in this program take part in the Safe Food Handling course offered through the Sunrise Health Region.
Products are sold at the Rail City Industries Main Depot and include lasagna, perogies, cabbage rolls, cheesecake, apple pie, cookies, homemade noodles, dainties, cupcakes, and buns.

Individuals with an intellectual disability.
