Service Description
A voluntary program that helps families to become the best parents they can be and to have the healthiest children possible. Enhances knowledge, provides support, and builds on family strengths.
- Develops school readiness for young children before kindergarten
- Increases awareness about the importance of a child’s earliest years
- Supports local early childhood coalitions and interagency
- Reaches rural communities and smaller cities where services may be less available
- Informs families and the community about local events, child development and parenting tips.

Free program for all families with young children.
