Organization Description
A non-profit organization whose focus is to reduce the occurrence of disabling conditions in children using primary prevention methods. Raises awareness by providing training, information and resources based on current best evidence.
NOTE: The organization advocates for things such as women taking folic acid prior to and during pregnancy, testing for and treating sexually transmitted diseases, avoiding alcohol and tobacco during pregnancy, immunizations, proper child passenger restraints and more.
