Service Description
The Saskatchewan Local Authority Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (LA FOIP) provides individuals the right to access records in the possession or control of the Estevan Police Service, subject to limited and specific exceptions.
NOTE: All access to information requests must be submitted in writing.

Eligibility
Individuals who wish to access records that are in possession or control of the Estevan Police Service.
Application Process
1. All Access to Information requests must be in writing and submitted in-person at the Estevan Police Service or by letter and sent to Estevan Police Service, 301-11th Avenue, Estevan, SK, S4A 1C7.
- Provide as much detail as possible about the records your are requesting (i.e. dates, time frames, locations, occurrence number(s), names of involved parties).
2. All personal information requests must be picked up in person, with the exception of those living outside of Estevan.
Documents Required
A written request must be submitted. Include:
1. Your name
2. Current address
3. A telephone number or email address
NOTE: If you are requesting your personal information, you must also supply your date of birth. You will be asked to produce government issued photo ID.
