Service Description
Offers programs for individuals dealing with anger, self-harm and self-esteem issues. Programs include:
- Anger Resolution – Anger management program for individuals of all ages. Provides a structured number of sessions with a Crisis Interventionist.
- EFT and EMDR – EFT offers relaxation and calming techniques that modify anxiety responses. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) helps individuals process and move memories to lessen emotional and physical responses to the memory.
- Reconnection Program – Program that focuses on sexual healing, intimacy and deepening relationships with self and others.
- Trauma Informed Yoga – Program that helps individuals heal through movement and breathwork. The Mindfully Moving program can be offered as individuals or group sessions for all ages and genders.
- Art and Play Integration – Sessions incorporate art and play integration activities to enhance healing and learning.
- Bullying and Harassment Prevention Program – Sessions focus on learning about the impacts of bullying, how to be a good friend, coping strategies and more.
- Non-Suicidal Self-Injury – Sessions target specific issues related to self-harm and suicidal thoughts.
- Self-Esteem and Coping Skills – Sessions focus on empowerment and strength-based practices, incorporating a variety of strategies to increase self-worth and responding to stress.
