Service Description
Partners with community agencies to support individuals and families with food by referral. Agencies complete and submit the referral paperwork and the outreach team connects with the individual to provide the food hamper.
Eligibility
Individuals and Families in need. Food Hampers are available every three months.
Application Process
By referral only from community agencies. Individual applications not accepted.

No cost.
