Service Description
Provides job search support for newcomers and connects them with employment opportunities, including:
- Assessment of employment readiness
- Pre-employment services: Resume development, cover letter assistance, and interview coaching or preparation
- Job matching: Connecting clients with suitable job opportunities that align with their qualifications and career goals
- Job placement support: Orientation for newly hired clients to help overcome initial employment barriers
- Counseling: Ongoing support to promote employment retention
Eligibility
Newcomers, immigrants, and refugees living within 150 km of Yorkton.
