Service Description
Offers an interactive and innovative online program created to develop the soft skill competencies of Canadian newcomers. Includes blended learning built with seven modules and six workshops. Modules can be completed online at everyone’s own pace and workshops will be conducted virtually. Key focus is on:
- The value of your existing skills and experience
- Personal branding
- Developing a community of support
- Interview soft skills
- Professional communication
- Onboarding and organizational culture
- Career progression.
Eligibility
- CLB LEvel 6 and above
- Permanent resident or refugee
- Skilled immigrants with previous work experience.
