Criminal Record Checks

Eligibility

1. Individuals must attend in person.
2. Individuals must reside in the City of Estevan or have a permanent address in the jurisdiction.

NOTE: Estevan Police will provide fingerprinting services for non-Estevan residents who are sent here from an agency that does not have Live Scan Fingerprinting Services.

Documents Required

1. Must have two pieces of valid government-issued identification (one with full date of birth and photograph).
2. Volunteers will be required to submit a "Volunteer Letter" from the organization seeking assistance. This letter must be on original letterhead with original signature from the organization representative. (Emailed, faxed or photocopied letters WILL NOT be accepted.)
