Service Description

Provides spaces to cool down in times of extreme heat at City of Regina spray pads, recreation facilities, neighbourhood centres, and the Neil Balkwill Civic Arts Centre.

  • Hours vary by location.
  • Spaces include water bottle fill stations (all spaces) and bathrooms (excluding Neil Balkwill Centre).
  • Water stations are operational at Victoria Park, Buffalo Meadows Park and Core Community Park.
  • Spray pads are open 9:00 am – 8:00 pm until mid-September

City Hall is open Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:45 pm to cool down in times of extreme heat.

  • Located at the west side of the building (beside the cafeteria).
  • Includes water fountain, water bottle fill station, and bathrooms.
