Service Description
***Proof of double vaccination is required to enter and participate in any programming.
Provides one-on-one assistance to immigrants and refugees facing multiple barriers to settlement, to develop a plan that will help them move from vulnerable to safe situations and will connect them to resources in the community that can address these issues.
