Service Description

Provides weekly support groups for parents experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. Groups offer opportunities to connect with others who share similar experiences, helping to reduce isolation and strengthen community connections.

Group goals include:

  • Creating a safe space to share feelings and experiences
  • Reducing isolation through peer connection
  • Offering validation and encouragement

Eligibility

Women and birthing people prenatal up to 3 years postpartum.

- NICU Parents Group: open for parents of babies who are currently or were formerly in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
