Service Description
Assists individuals with intellectual disabilities/barriers to prepare for and obtain paid employment opportunities within the community. Job coaches provide personalized assistance in the skills needed for finding and maintaining employment. This includes job readiness, resume writing, skill development and social awareness.
Employment coordinators assist businesses with recruitment, onboarding and retention. Organizations can call 306-842-3411 if they are looking for employees.

Adults with intellectual disabilities and/or employers looking for new employees.
