Service Description
Offers answers to questions or issues regarding the service they received (which are not able to be resolved by their health care team).
The Quality of Care Coordinator:
- Listens to your concerns
- Explains Saskatchewan Cancer Agency policies and your rights and responsibilities
- Talks to staff on your behalf if you wish
- Assists in resolving your concerns
- Makes recommendations for improvements where necessary.

Call or email the Quality of Care Coordinator if you are unable to resolve a concern with your health care team.
