Service Description
Provides 16 two-bedroom units ranging between 835 – 880 square feet with 3200 square feet of common area.
Amenities include:
- wide doors
- outdoor decks
- bathrooms with safety grab bars and heat lamps
- heat and softened water
- common area with kitchen, dining, and lounge areas to facilitate social functions
- services such as snow removal, grounds maintenance, etc. included in the rent.
Eligibility
Older adults 55 years of age or older who have an income not in excess of $44,500 per year.
Fees
Life-lease payment of $40,000 is required along with an affordable monthly rent. The life lease is refunded upon leaving the unit.
