Service Description
Weekly opportunity for people experiencing an intellectual disability to read and learn together, talk about books, and make friends in a relaxed, community setting. Each club is comprised of a small group of 5 – 8 people to allow for the development of friendships. Anyone may join the club, regardless of reading level and ability. Club members take on active roles; together they decide which books to read and how they would like to structure their hour-long get-togethers.
