Service Description
Ombudsman Saskatchewan takes complaints from people who think they have been treated unfairly by:
- Provincial Ministries
- Government Agencies
- Crown Corporations
- Most Health Entities
- Saskatchewan cities, towns, villages, resort villages, rural municipalities, northern municipalities and municipal council members.
The Ombudsman is impartial and can help resolve problems informally or through investigation. For further details visit the website.

Application Process
First Step
1. Talk to the person who made the decision. If that doesn't work, find out if the decision can be reviewed or appealed. Check the website for a list of government agencies.
2. If you have tried to solve the problem and you still think it's unfair, you can make a complaint to the Saskatchewan Ombudsman office.
