Provides a variety of activities and contracts for adults with disabilities.
Eligibility
Adults 18 years of age or older with intellectual disabilities. Must be a client of Community Living Service Delivery (CLSD).
Application Process
Standard application filled out by Community Service Worker with Community Living Service Delivery (CLSD).
