Service Description
Supports individuals and their families, who live with a spinal cord injury or other physical disabilities. Service includes:
- Support and information related to adjustment and activities of daily luring
- System capacity for environmental accessibility
- Peer Mentorship Network
- Family support Network.
Eligibility
Persons with physical disabilities related to spinal cord injury and other physical disabilities.
