Service Description
Health nurses provide primary health care services for individuals at a minimum cost. In-home and office visits are available. Services include:
- Free diabetes checks
- Free blood pressure monitoring
- Foot care by a trained professional.

Fees
Most services are free. Rates for Foot Care In-office visit (North Central resident) - $15 In-office visit (Non North Central resident) - $30 Home visit (North Central resident) - $20 Home visit (Non North Central resident) - $40
