Service Description

Provides counselling for adults 26 years of age and older. Services are available for adults experiencing a variety of challenges. Individuals do not require a referral or a diagnosis to seek services. Counsellors work on a strength-based model and work with clients to improve their mental, emotional and physical well-being. Issues may include:

  • Relationships

  • Personal issues

  • Family Issues

  • Addictions (assessment/recovery/relapse prevention)

  • Depression and Anxiety

  • Domestic Violence – working with abusers and/or victims

  • First Nations issues

  • Grief and Loss

  • Stress Management

  • Separation/Divorce

  • Self Esteem

  • Trauma / post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

NOTE: If you require immediate assistance, Rapid Access Counselling (free, quick access, in-person or virtual mental health services) is available through PARTNERS and other agencies via Counselling Connect Saskatchewan. Book on their website.
