Service Description
Teen Talk Tuesdays provide a safe, supportive and inclusive virtual space for youth ages 12 to 18 to connect and have conversations about mental health. Participants are able to remain anonymous if they wish. Offered on Zoom. Topics include:
- School
- Families
- Relationships
- Stress
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Eating Disorders
- Addiction and more.
Facilitators include a Registered Social Worker, a Youth Care Worker and several other supports professionals who are there to assist, support and director youth to further support if and when needed. Registration can be done online.
Eligibility
Youth 12-18 years of age.
