Service Description
Provides a relapse prevention plan for individuals who have completed the residential addiction treatment program. This is a once-a-week peer support processing group which allows individuals to have accountability to their peers, relate experiences, warn about relapse signs and encourage each other’s recovery.
Eligibility
Those who have completed the Centre's Residential Treatment Program.
Application Process
First 3 months included in Residential Treatment Program.
Ability to extend participation.
