Service Description
Offers transportation options for residents and visitors through a regularly scheduled, fixed-route, and accessible transit system. Visit website for current routes, schedule, and rates.
- Through the Affordable Access Program, eligible individuals/families can purchase transit passes at 20% reduced cost.
- City of Regina and Saskatchewan Ministry of Social Services partner to offer a Discounted Pass Program for eligible low-income earners in Regina for a price of $25. Apply for the Discounted 31 day pass by contacting the Transit Operations Centre (306-777-7433).
- Available to people participating in one of the following provincial programs: Saskatchewan Assured Income for Disability (SAID); Saskatchewan Income Support (SIS); Saskatchewan Employment Supplement (SES); or Saskatchewan Employment Incentive (SEI).
- The U–Pass is a program for University of Regina and Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technologies students to allow students to use Regina Transit as much as they like for a once-per-semester fee of $90.00. Contact the University of Regina Students’ Union or SIIT for details.

Application Process
Visit the website for details on registering, replacing, and buying fares for an Umo card (a reloadable smart card that can be loaded with rides, a pass, or stored value).
Note: For those using cash, exact coin fare is required per ride. Bus operators cannot make change and the fare boxes do not accept paper money.
