Service Description
A program that helps to prepare young people for living on their own. Group meetings are offered once a week for two hours. Topics covered include:
- The Rentalsman Act
- applying for identification
- opening a bank account
- nutrition and health
- budgeting
- other topics of interest requested by the group.
Eligibility
Young individuals looking toward independence, some of which are living at home with their parents or young people living in alternative arrangement.
